Avalanche
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 oz gin
  • ¾ oz brown crème de cacao
  • ¾ oz heavy cream
  • Garnish:  Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and sprinkle with nutmeg.

VARIATION: For an Alexander, substitute white crème de cacao for the brown.
