Yellow Bird
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz light rum
- ¼ oz Tia Maria
- 1¼ oz fresh orange juice
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Garnish: Fresh mint sprig
- Garnish: Maraschino cherry
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with the mint sprig and cherry.

VARIATION: Substitute ½ oz Galliano and ½ oz Cointreau for the Tia Maria and orange juice.
