INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle (750 ml) white wine
- ½ cup brandy
- ¼ cup honey (sweeten to taste)
- 2 cups mixed winter fruit (such as apples, pears, and citrus slices)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 star anise
- 1 cup carbonated water or ginger ale (optional for fizzy touch)

INSTRUCTIONS
