White Wine Spritzer
INGREDIENTS
  • 6 oz  chilled dry white wine
  • 2 to 3 oz  chilled club soda 
  • Lemon twist

INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the wine into an ice-filled wineglass. Top with club soda and stir gently. Twist the lemon peel over the drink, and drop it in.
