White Russian
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz Kahlúa
- 1 oz heavy cream
INSTRUCTIONS
OVER ICE: Pour the vodka and Kahlúa into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass, and stir. Float the cream on top.
UP: Stir the vodka and Kahlúa in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled sherry glass. Float the cream on top.
BLENDED (KNOWN AS A RUSSIAN COFFEE): Combine the ingredients in a blender with 1/2 cup crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
