Whiskey Fizz
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz blended or other whiskey
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 3 to 5 oz chilled club soda
- Garnish: Lemon wedge
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup vigorously with ice Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with club soda and stir gently Squeeze the lemon wedge over the drink, and drop it in.
