Violet Champagne d'Amour
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Parfait Amour
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz Cointreau
- 3 to 5 oz chilled champagne
- Garnish: 2 fresh violets
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour all liquid ingredients but the champagne into a chilled champagne flute. Slowly top with champagne. Float the violets on top of the drink.
