Vermouth Cassis Cocktail Recipe | Building A Drink

Serving Up Recipe's All Day Ever Day

Vermouth Cassis
INGREDIENTS
  • 2½ ounces dry vermouth
  • ½ ounce crème de cassis
  • 3 to 4 ounces club soda 
  • Garnish: Lemon twist

INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the vermouth and cassis into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with club soda and stir gently. Twist the lemon peel over the drink, and drop it in.
