Velvet Kiss
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz velvet falernum
- 1 oz dark rum
- A splash of beet juice
- Ginger beer for topping
- Garnish: Mint sprig
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a highball glass, combine velvet falernum and dark rum.
- Add a splash of beet juice.
- Fill the glass with ice and top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
