Tropical Sangria
INGREDIENTS
- 1 750ml bottle white wine such as Sauvignon Blanc
- 6 oz pineapple juice
- ⅓ cup triple sec
- ⅔ cup coconut rum
- 1 oz grenadine or maraschino cherry juice
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- Cherries, oranges, and pineapple for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix wine, pineapple juice, triple sec, and coconut rum in a pitcher. Add the sliced oranges and stir well. Chill the mixture thoroughly. Before serving, add the frozen pineapple chunks to keep the sangria cold. Garnish with cherries, orange slices, and additional pineapple as desired.
