Tobago Coconut Flip
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz Malibu rum
- 1 oz Thai coconut milk
- ¼ oz Goldschläger cinnamon schnapps
- Ground cinnamon
- Garnish: Orange blossom
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle a dusting of cinnamon over the top, and float the orange blossom on top.
