Tobago Coconut Flip
INGREDIENTS
  • 1½ oz Malibu rum
  • 1 oz Thai coconut milk 
  • ¼ oz Goldschläger cinnamon schnapps 
  • Ground cinnamon 
  • Garnish: Orange blossom

INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle a dusting of cinnamon over the top, and float the orange blossom on top.

VARIATION: For those who are fond of cinnamon, add an additional ¼ oz of the cinnamon schnapps.
