Tiger's Milk
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz brandy
- 4 oz half-and-half
- 2 tsps sugar
- Freshly grated or ground nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the rum, brandy, half-and-half, and sugar vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled wineglass. Sprinkle the top with nutmeg.
