Tidal Wave
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz Malibu rum (or other coconut-flavored rum)
- 1 oz blue curaçao
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz amaretto
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- Garnish: Lime slice
- Garnish: Small orchid
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the liquid ingredients and sugar vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lime slice and orchid.
