The Penicillin
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Blended scotch whiskey
- ¾ oz Ginger citrus cocktail mixer
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz Single malt scotch
INSTRUCTIONS
In a shaker with ice, combine first 3 ingredients & shake. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Float the single malt on top of the drink.
