NOTES
This Nuevo Latino cocktail is a Colombian version of the Mojito. It is served at Baru, a Colombian restaurant located in Old San Juan, Puerite Rico. This cocktail is made with agua ardiente, meaning "fire water" or "hard water." A favorite Colombian liquor similar to Brazil's cachaça, it has a rumlike flavor with subtle overtones of anise.
