Stirrup Cup
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz brandy
- 1½ oz cherry brandy
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled old- fashioned glass.
VARIATION: For a Vanderbilt, omit the lemon juice and add 3 dashes Angostura bitters. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
