INGREDIENTS
  • 2 oz light or gold rum
  • ½ oz brandy
  • ½ oz dry vermouth
  • 1½ oz fresh orange juice
  • 1½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz orgeat syrup
  • Garnish: Pineapple spear
  • Garnish: Maraschino cherry
  • Garnish: Edible flower (such as orange blossom, gardenia, or nasturtium)

INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a large ice- filled wineglass. Garnish with the skewered pineapple and cherry, and float the flower on top.
