INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz nigori-sake
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz Thai coconut milk
- ½ oz simple syrup
- Garnish: Pineapple slice
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake all the ingredients but the pineapple slice vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the pineapple slice.
