Russian Bear
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz vodka
- ¼ oz brown crème de cacao
- 1½ oz heavy cream
- 1 tsp sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
VARIATION: For a Polar Bear, substitute 3/4 ounce white crème de cacao for the brown.
