Rum Cooler
INGREDIENTS
- 2½ oz dark rum
- 6 oz chilled ginger ale
- Garnish: Lemon twist
INSTRUCTIONS
Stir the rum in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Top with ginger ale. Twist the lemon peel over the drink, and drop it in.

VARIATION: For a Rum Buck, substitute light rum for the dark.
