Rose Martini
INGREDIENTS
- 2½ oz good-quality gin
- Dash of Cointreau
- Dash of rose water
- Garnish: 2 or 3 rose petals
INSTRUCTIONS
Stir the liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Float rose petals on top.
