VIDEO HOW-TO
NOTES
The Ramos brothers ushered this classy cocktail into popularity in the 1890s, when it became the signature libation at the New Orleans Imperial Cabinet Saloon. This Gin Fizz is a Gulf Coast variation that calls for the Ramos Brothers' secret/essential ingredient-orange flower water (found in most specialty food shops). Tradition calls for this to be well shaken in a cocktail shaker for about 5 minutes (held with a bar towel); however, you may prefer the more expedient modern option of using a blender to mix this frothy cocktail, also known as the New Orleans Fizz.
