Prickly Agave

INGREDIENTS

Lime wedge
Sugar and salt
1½ oz silver tequila
1 oz Tuaca
1 oz prickly pear juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
Garnish: Lime peel spiral

INSTRUCTIONS

Rub the rim of a chilled margarita or large cocktail glass with the lime wedge and rim with sugar and salt. Shake the liquid ingredients vigor- ously with ice. Strain into the prepared glass, and garnish with the lime peel spiral.
