Preakness Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
  • Garnish: Lemon twist
  • 2 oz Canadian blended whisky
  • ½ oz Bénédictine
  • ½ oz sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters 

INSTRUCTIONS
Rub the lemon peel around the rim of a chilled cocktail glass. Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into the prepared glass. Twist the lemon peel over the drink, and drop it in.
