Poire Williams Champagne Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz Poire Williams (or other pear brandy)
- 1 tspsimple syrup
- 3 to 5 oz chilled champagne
- Garnish: Pear slice
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the Poire Williams and simple syrup into a chilled champagne flute. Slowly top with champagne. Garnish with the pear slice.
