Pink Pamplemousse
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz gin
- ¾ oz Mandarine Napoléon (or other orange liqueur)
- 1½ oz fresh pink (or regular) grapefruit juice
- Garnish: Lemon twist
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist the lemon peel over the drink, and drop it in.
