Piña Colada Nueva
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz silver rum
- 1 oz Alizé de France passion fruit liqueur
- ½ cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1½ oz coconut cream
- 1½ oz mango juice or nectar
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- Garnish: 1 pineapple slice
- Garnish: 1 mango slice
- Shaved coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients but the garnishes in a blender with 1 cup ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled wineglass. Garnish with the pineapple and mango slices, and sprinkle the coconut on top.
