Picon Fizz Cocktail Recipe | Building A Drink

Serving Up Recipe's All Day Ever Day

Picon Fizz
INGREDIENTS
  • 1½ ounces Amer Picon
  • ½ ounce grenadine 
  • 3 to 5 ounces chilled club soda 
  • ½ ounce brandy

INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the Amer Picon and grenadine into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with club soda and stir gently. Float the brandy on top of the drink.
