Pearl from Ipanema Cocktail Recipe | Building A Drink

Serving Up Recipe's All Day Ever Day

Pearl from Ipanema
INGREDIENTS
  • Lime wedge
  • Superfine sugar 
  • 1½ oz cachaça or light rum
  • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice 
  • 1 oz KeKe Beach lime liqueur
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice 
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate syrup (real grenadine) 
  • Garnish: Lime twist

INSTRUCTIONS
Rub the rim of a chilled large cocktail glass with the lime wedge and rim with sugar. Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into the prepared glass. Twist the lime peel over the drink, and drop it in.
