Peanut Butter White Russian
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz vodka
- 1 oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz peanut butter whiskey
- 2 oz heavy cream or milk
- Ice cubes
- Peanut butter, for rimming the glass (optional)
- Garnish: Crushed peanuts (optional)
- Garnish: Chocolate syrup (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on the rim of your glass and dip it into crushed peanuts for an extra nutty touch. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, peanut butter whiskey, and heavy cream or milk. Shake well until chilled and combined. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass full of ice. Drizzle a bit of chocolate syrup on top and garnish with crushed peanuts, if desired.

NOTES
For a lighter version, use milk instead of heavy cream. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less chocolate syrup or using a flavored coffee liqueur.
