INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz aged Bacardi (8 years old)
- ½ oz crème de pêche
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 oz passion fruit purée
- 3 to 5 oz chilled champagne
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake all ingredients but the champagne vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass, and slowly top with champagne.
