INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz strained raspberry purée
- ½ oz Cointreau
- ½ oz crème de banane
- 3 to 5 oz chilled champagne
- Garnish: 1 fresh raspberry
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the raspberry purée, Cointreau, and crème de banane into a chilled champagne flute. Slowly top with champagne. Drop in the raspberry.
