Ostend Fizz
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ oz kirsch
- ¾ oz crème de cassis
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 to 5 oz chilled club soda
- Garnish: Lemon slice
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the kirsch, crème de cassis, and lemon juice vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with club soda and stir gently. Garnish with the lemon slice.
