Orange Blossom
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz gin
- 1½ oz fresh orange juice
- ¼ oz Cointreau
- 1 to 2 dashes orange flower water
- Garnish: Orange slice
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass. Garnish with the orange slice.

This classic cocktail has gone through a few transmutations, from the Waldorf-Astoria version made with equal parts gin, orange juice, and sweet vermouth to a basic gin version of the Screwdriver made with equal parts gin and orange juice, also known as an Adirondack.
