Never on Sunday
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 oz Metaxa
  • 1 oz ouzo
  • ¼ oz fresh lemon juice 
  • Dash of Angostura bitters 
  • 3 oz chilled champagne
  • 3 oz ginger beer 
  • Garnish: Lemon wedge

INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the Metaxa, ouzo, lemon juice, and bitters into an ice-filled highball glass. Slowly add the champagne and ginger beer, stirring gently. Garnish with the lemon wedge.
