Navy Grog
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz dark Demerara rum
- 1 oz gold or Jamaican rum
- 1 oz light rum
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz fresh orange juice
- ½ oz passion fruit juice
- ½ oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz almond or orgeat syrup
- Garnish: Fresh mint sprig
- Garnish: Lime slice
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with the mint sprig and lime slice.
VARIATION: Combine the liquid ingredients in a blender with ½ cup ice, and pour into a chilled wine goblet.
