INGREDIENTS
- ½ lime (preferably a Key lime)
- Kosher salt
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of soy sauce
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
- 12 oz dark Mexican beer (such as Negra Modelo)
INSTRUCTIONS
Rub the rim of a chilled beer mug with the lime half and rim with kosher salt. Fill the glass with ice and squeeze the lime half over the ice. Add the Worcestershire, soy sauce, Tabasco, and pepper. Slowly pour in the beer, and gently sir.
