Lee Miller's Frobisher
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz gin
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- 4 to 6 oz chilled champagne
- Garnish: Lemon twist
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the gin and bitters into an ice-filled highball glass. Slowly add the champagne, stirring gently. Run the lemon peel around the rim, twist it over the drink, and drop it in.
