INGREDIENTS
- 3 to 5 oz chilled champagne
- 1 oz ruby port
- Garnish: Lemon twist
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the champagne into a chilled champagne flute. Slowly pour in the port. Do not stir. Run the lemon peel around the rim, twist it over the drink, and drop it in.
