Japanese Fizz
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz blended whiskey
- ½ oz ruby port
- 2 tsps fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 to 5 oz chilled club soda
- Garnish: Pineapple wedge
- Garnish: Orange slice
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the whiskey, port, lemon juice, and sugar vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Top with club soda and stir gently. Garnish with the pineapple wedge and orange slice.
