Irish Coffee
INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz Hot Coffee
- 1½ oz Irish Whiskey
- 2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
- Fresh Cream (lightly whipped)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat a clear-stemmed glass with hot water.
- Empty the water, and add the hot coffee and brown sugar.
- Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the Irish whiskey.
- Carefully pour the cream over the back of a spoon so it floats on top of the coffee.
