Haitian Cooler
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lemon wedge
- 2 lime wedges
- 2 tangerine (or orange) wedges
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 oz Rhum Barbancourt
- 3 to 4 oz chilled ginger beer (or ginger ale)
INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle the lemon, lime, and orange wedges with the sugar in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass. Fill the glass with ice, pour in the rum, and top with ginger beer.
