Ginger Fizz
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz bourbon
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 2 to 3 thin slices fresh ginger
- 3 to 5 oz chilled champagne
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake all ingredients but the champagne vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled champagne flute, and slowly top with champagne.
