INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the gin, lemon juice, and sugar vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with club soda and stir gently.
VARIATIONS: For a Silver Fizz, add an egg white.
For a Golden Fizz, add an egg yolk.
For a Royal Gin Fizz, use champagne in place of the club soda.
For a Grand Royal Fizz, add 1 tsp maraschino liqueur, 1 oz orange juice, and ¼ oz half-and-half.
For a Gina, add ½ oz crème de cassis.
