INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz coconut rum
- 2 oz blue Curacao
- 2 oz peach schnapps
- 1½ oz vodka
- 3 cups ice
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 containers pineapple juice frozen concentrate
- 1 cup lemon-lime soda
- Garnish: blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend together the frozen pineapple juice, blueberries, and ice until smooth. Pour in the rum, Curacao, schnapps, and vodka over the mixture. Blend everything into a soft frozen puree. Add the lemon-lime soda and pulse briefly. Empty into cocktail glasses and garnish with blueberries.
