French Champagne Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- ½ oz crème de cassis
- 3 to 5 oz chilled champagne
INSTRUCTIONS
In the bottom of a chilled champagne flute, soak the sugar cube with the bitters. Pour in the crème de cassis, and slowly top with champagne.
