INGREDIENTS
- ¾ oz Cognac
- 1½ oz sweet-and-sour
- 3 to 5 oz chilled champagne
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake all ingredients but the champagne vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass or a chilled champagne flute, and slowly top with champagne.
