Serving Up Recipe's All Day Ever Day

Dog Days Punch
INGREDIENTS
  • 24 oz sugar 
  • 8 oz ground nutmeg 
  • 4 oz ginger extract 
  • 1500 ml (2 bottles) port wine
  • 750 ml (1 bottle) blackberry brandy
  • 750 ml (1 bottle) brandy

INSTRUCTIONS
Place ingredients in a large container and mix thoroughly.  Serve in wine glasses.

This recipe will make just over 1 gallon of punch.  This recipe is my adaption of a recipe from the 1867 book "The American Barkeeper"
