Chelsea Sidecar
INGREDIENTS
- Lemon twist
- 2 oz gin
- ¾ oz Cointreau
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Rub the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with the lemon peel. Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into the prepared cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.

This variation on the sidecar, is made with gin instead of Cognac. Also known as the Chelsea Hotel or Gin Sidecar, it is a signature drink from the Chelsea Hotel in New York.
