Champagne Cosmo
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz cranberry nectar
- ½ oz pear brandy
- ½ oz Cointreau
- 3 to 4 oz chilled champagne
- Garnish: 2 fresh cranberries
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the cranberry nectar, pear brandy, and Cointreau vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled champagne flute. Slowly top with the champagne, and garnish with the cranberries.
